Maira Doshi Instagram – De-tox Ayurveda sessions with this super amazing Dr @drarti.ayurveda @roley_tm

The main aim for me to do an ayurvedic detox session was to eliminate toxins from the body and restore balance.

During my ayurvedic detox session, I was examined by doctor Aarti who determined my dosha or my body type. Based on my dosha, a personalized treatment plan was created for me which had included a combination of dietary changes, herbal supplements, massage, and other Ayurvedic therapies.

The course (called VIRECHAN) helped me to improve my overall health and well-being. It released toxins from my body, promoted relaxation, boosted my immune system, and improved skin and hair health.

It’s now my favorite place for skin and hair.

PS: Look at her gorgeous hair, isn’t it longer than rapunzel ? ;)
