Melissa O’Neil Instagram – Tonight is the Season 5 finale of @therookieabc. I want to take this opportunity to big up the writers on our show, led by @alexihawley. This team is constantly cooking up the next story, pitching ideas, collaborating, and adjusting the material that needs to be shot the night before, the day of, during the preceding set-up… At all hours of the day and night this work is being done so the rest of us have the material to prep with, and to go to camera for. It does not happen without them and those of us that work on this show receive so much because of their hard work. If you are someone who has been following along and watching our show – Thank you for your support! If you feel inclined drop a comment below with your favorite moment from Season 5 – maybe one of the writers will cruise by and feel the love while the WGA are currently on strike. Here are a few random BTS moments that I threw together… So many sweet faces and hard working artists on camera and off – I wish I had thought to make more pictures of them. I can’t wait to see them all again next season. This year was a lot of fun. Can’t wait to see what Lucy Chen and all of The Rookie crew get up to during Season 6! Melissa O’Neil Instagram – Colin and I were cruising through this special area in the San Bernadino National Forest and came across this circle that had a little mound of dirt with pine needles covering it like a seat. Looked like a good spot to tend a fire or, as we discovered, to watch the sun begin its descent. We sat there for a little while listening to the riiiccchh silence. So many special treasures within this semi-secret forest entry. Love sharing these special moments with my Bro. We went back the next morning with Tater. ✨🌲🌳🦅✨ Tonight is our season finale of The Rookie!! I’m going to try and dig up some content for you guys. Still resurfacing from a super full week with my family being in town. Hope you’re doing well.🏵
