Thenmozhi Soundararajan Instagram – Tanuja Gupta, a former Google Engineering Program Manager, had planned to co-host a talk on caste bias at Google. However, the talk got canceled and when Tanuja complained, Google retaliated against her and disinformation began to spread. In her testimony, she states, “The company automatically lowered my performance rating for the next cycle, affecting my compensation, and deemed me ineligible for promotion for an unknown period of time.”
