A distinguished professor in STEM at Cal State University, Raj states, “I have faced continued harassment, abuse, and even entrapment by my dominant caste supervisor. The work environment became so hostile that I stopped coming to campus, attending conferences, and began looking for a job outside CSU. I never had an issue until I had dominant caste managers.”
