92 years on this earth. A TRUE LEGEND. Fled Yugoslavia during the holocaust to come to America and make a better life for her kids and future grandkids. Someone I’ve looked up to my whole life. The unconditional Love you showed for your grandkids is something I will cherish for the rest of my days. The fruit from your backyard for Birthday and Christmas presents or your hand knitted blankets and slippers you would make are my most memorable gifts of all time. The Yugoslavian meals you would make us are un matched to any food I’ve had. The last time I saw you was right before I left for Europe I knew I might not see you again on this earth and I got to lay with you and hold your hands and say goodbye. It’s not goodbye forever tho I know I will see you again. The fact that you passed away on the same day Bryce passed away isn’t just a coincidence. You guys are both at peace and out of pain and suffering in Heaven.
