Eric Balfour Instagram – Today is one of those days when there is a lot going on, a lot to manage, a lot to handle. Do you know what I mean? It’s not that something really bad or tragic has happened, yeah there’s some big stressors weighing on you and shit you have to handle but it’s doable. For me I get really anxious in these moments running a clothing company, working on the show I’m developing, taking care of my family, and worrying about the entire world and our oceans and the safety of our children and all of it. I start to spiral a bit and and anxiety really ramps up, my heart beats really fast.
I’m trying to remember to slow down, wait, consider, and not let the anxiety rush me. It’s a challenge for me and I just thought I would share that for anyone else running their own business, worrying about the writers strike, or wanting to make sure their kids are safe and happy.
It’s a bullshit line because we may not know each other personally and I’m not necessarily saying this directly to you who is reading this but it doesn’t hurt to hear it.
