I had been nursing a few injuries, and he was teaching me to be patient, less tense, to slow down and to control my speed and power (I need to do that when playing basketball 😅). In the ring you can see how I struggled to slow down, so Adel made sure to tell me to relax often, and slowed the combinations down, despite me wanting faster, longer more complex combinations. He focused on precision and timing.
