Mark Wright Instagram – For the last few years I have found it difficult, keeping the balance right between my personal and business life. Concentrating so hard on succeeding and holding what I have. The fear of losing everything really hit in, that I have always struggled with du to watching my dad do exactly that. I noticed I wasn’t being present and I heard my family talking about this behind my back. My no1 priority behind my health, is my family and my loved ones. To think I may have let them down and allowed them to think I had changed, was heart breaking to me. I needed to get this off my chest, as mentally it wasn’t sitting right with me. TALKING is imperative!! It’s hard to open up to these 2. The 2 most important men in my life who I try my hardest to not show weakness to, however that is the wrong attitude.
