Nate Jackson Instagram – For years. I dreamed of headlining on this very stage. Grinded my ass off hitting their open mics, doing Mo’ Betta Mondays with Deray & Big Spike, and pulling up randomly night after night to see if anybody No-showed. Moved up a little bit… got paid $7.50 for sets (literally signed checks for seven dollars and fifty cents 😬) all in the name of exposure! Just to have gone unnoticed and unknown by the management and bookers over the years. Well. God is good and moved mountains. We sold out 4 shows BACK to BACK to BACK to BACK and made some real noise in Hollywood. Im wildly thankful for the @hollywoodimprov giving me the opportunity to rock the main room AND THANKFUL BEYOND MEASURE to all of y’all that pulled up on me and enjoyed the shows. WE HAD A BALL!!
