Nicholas Gonzalez Instagram – From first bite, I was a fan of @sietefoods and their wonderful array of products. I started with sly nips (that’s a good band name) from bags of churro chips and quickly developed a nagging habit for their almond flour tortillas which led to a full blown addiction to their lime chile chips, Mexican wedding cookies, hard taco shells and now puffs – going through several bags a week.
So I felt like Charlie trading in his golden ticket for a tour of the chocolate factory when the Garzas invited me and the family to Austin to tour their HQ to see the origins of my obsession. #JuntosEsMejor is the vibe from the moment you enter their doors.
