Paul Nassif Instagram – This patient came to me for her third revision rhinoplasty! You can clearly see that she has a deviated septum, but she also has a deviated graft, which is a piece of rib that has actually become warped.
We’d call this a #Botched nose, so I had to re-do basically everything. I fixed the tip of her nose by performing my signature Celestial Rhinoplasty™, then I used a DCGG to rebuild it. We also straightened her nose, made it more symmetrical and opened her airway!
She’s already about 90-95% improved; both her and I are extremely happy with her much “cuter” nose! We’ll continue to keep you updated on her progress.
