Paul Nassif Instagram – This 64-year-old female patient had three previous rhinoplasties before she came to me. After her previous rhinoplasties, she was still unhappy with the bulge and widening of her nasal tip. We performed a revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty (removal of cartilage) to help her achieve her goals. These results are directly after the surgery, so her results will continue to improve over time!
Note: We had to use cadaver rib to create the DCGG (diced cartilage glue graft) & dorsal onlay graft as her CT scan showed that she had significant calcified cartilage, which means we were not able to use her cartilage for the surgery, as it was essentially like bone.
