Paul Nassif Instagram – ⚠️ Warning: Sensitive Content ⚠️ This 82-year-old revision rhinoplasty patient of mine had one of the most mystifying cases I can remember. After she received a rhinoplasty in Brazil, she wasn’t happy with her appearance and experienced serious complications. She had an excessive amount of filler throughout her face and there was an unknown substance in her glabella and upper nasal bridge. She also had an implant in her nose that became stuck to her skin, which made this an extremely risky case! Even though there was an increased risk to remove it, she wanted to go for it as it caused her chronic pain.
