Roman Banks Instagram – Here are some great tips to help you stay successful year round!⁣ ⁣ * Manage your time: Set parameters! Find a routine that works for you and do your best to stick to it: a consistent bedtime, planned work/rest days & hours, time limits for your daily tasks, etc!⁣ ⁣ * Create a wellness routine! A weekly exercise schedule, meal planning/prepping, a morning/nightly skin routine, daily meditation/prayer, journaling, making your bed, etc!⁣ ⁣ * Investing/Saving money. As 2020 taught us, anything we have can disappear at any time. It’s important to always have funds set aside to ensure that you’re covered in the event of an emergency! You can set up a percentage of your deposits to go directly to your savings through your bank, invest in the S&P 500 via a Roth IRA account, and also begin a 401k! Don’t procrastinate on savings you can start building on now!⁣ ⁣ * Invest in yourself! This can look different for everyone. It always helps to think of your time as a currency. How much are you spending on yourself? How much are you spending on others. A good rule of thumb is work to get 1% better in at least one thing that applies to your chosen field every single day. Sometimes it’s better to stay home and grind on YOU!⁣ ⁣ * Spiritual Prioritization. We are spiritual beings! It’s important to nourish our spirits and be mindful of what we let into them on a daily basis. For me, that’s God. Prayer, community, meditation, and reading the word are all ways to help me stay spiritual aligned. Find what helps you to stay centered and make time for it! ⁣ ⁣ * Maintain a clean space! I can’t stress this enough! A clean space allows you to function without obstacle and clears your mind to remain focused on what’s important to you.
