Vinny Guadagnino Instagram – Just Did a lil random half marathon in nyc. The kicker is that I was sick and have had lingering cough keeping me awake at night for the last 2 weeks. I Could barely stand up let alone train for this . But Yesterday I finally felt a little better and my doctor cleared me to run . I had doubts but i trusted myself and all the training I’ve been doing the last few years and knew that no matter what I would finish even if I had to walk . I finished strong and even made some decent time. If you stay ready you don’t have to get ready ! Next step a full marathon ! 🏃🏻
