Home Actress Alexis Nikole Nelson HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers June 2023 Alexis Nikole Nelson Instagram - The sole tiktok I made during the Great Lakes Foragers Gathering (I was too busy learning, teaching, snacking, making new friends, and frolicking to make any more!) I’m glad I was surrounded by nature and kindred spirits when the Roe news dropped, otherwise I probably would’ve spiraled harder than I already did… as a 30 year old with a busy schedule, who is (at least currently) planning on remaining childless, I’m scared. I’m taking some time to sit with my feelings, while also reflecting on the moments of sheer joy I managed to find among friends, both human and plant, this past weekend. For anyone worried about animals in the pond, the fish were nice and I gave the snapping turtle Maurice his space 😅 also according to my buddy Sam Thayer, snappers don’t really bite in the water anyway (unless you, like, step on them 😆)

Alexis Nikole Nelson Instagram – I get TONS of questions about how I clean what I forage, so here ya go! 💕 this or around 1 part vinegar to 5 parts water is how I clean most finds AND how I clean store-bought produce! That food wasn’t grown in a vacuum either! 🤣 Columbus, Ohio
Alexis Nikole Nelson Instagram – As I sit in the airport, waiting on a rescheduled flight home so I can make the Great Lakes Forager’s Gathering, I’m going through all my silly lil photos and videos from my week in New England and I’m already missing the salt in the air. And missing having so many family members close!
Growing up I spent part of my summers strolling through the Scrub Pines (oh god I hope my scrub pine mugolio hasn’t exploded in my checked bag overnight 😅), scampering between the oaks to grab new books at the town library, or running after deer through the Queen Anne’s Lace, or lying on the hammock under the big Catalpa Tree that I called “Popcorn Tree”.
It’s extra magical to get the share the wonder of the Vineyard’s green spaces with my friends!! I found these Beach Peas after we hiked to a gorgeous beach that ended up being EMPTY!! An accidental “private” beach?? I’ve never been so lucky!
And since Beach Peas are also found near the Great Lakes, this felt right to post while in a liminal space between ocean and midwest
SORRY 4 RAMBLING 🤣 IM BIG TIRED
