So yeah here’s the skinny…
Had my second #stemcell procedure and first back surgery early January for stem stem on my lumbar spine and now it’s another round of #lighttherapy or more commonly known as #lasertherapy through an #IV. I hate to be poked like that 😬 needles aren’t my favorite but this past year I had to deal with it more often than non.
By the time I should have turned into #shehulk already?!
More on the horizon this year for me. Not sure how much fun my summer will be but doesn’t seem like surfing will occur 😭 😩 more to come.
For now, just trying to stay #healthy, #happy , #vibrant and keep up with #positivity in this not fun scenario 🤷🏼♀️ it’s life.
