Anshula Kapoor Instagram – Here’s a sneak peak of one of my favorite weekends this year! We escaped for 3 nights to @ekamchail, a luxurious home stay in the hills by @saffronstays. The best way to describe Ekam is your home away from home because it truly is just that! As soon as you reach, the staff will make you feel like they’ve known you for years and will take care of every small and big detail. And the food! Ufff just too good. We have to take a moment to talk about the beyond delicious wood fire oven pizza’s that Arvind ji and his team made for us from scratch on our first night. My mouth is watering just reminiscing!! And it tasted so good because it was a literal farm to table experience. The property is stunning. I cant wait to go back and tuck myself in a cozy corner with a book in their library!
