As an actor,our body is our tool, including its physicality, our emotions, our mind , the immense focus an actor needs during an emotional transitional scene, and sometimes its the dark space that we need to reach out to.. from our lives to be able to enact a scene for it to be real, Its not easy.. sometimes the scene is so heavy that it leaves us in a very disturbed state.. but we figure out the tools to come out of it as well.. Its not all about glamour most of the times.. its hard hard work.. and its a beautiful one.. Sharing such a scene that kind of shook me but also made me live that moment..
