I’m so proud to be Kingsleys mama and am so grateful for the person she’s helped me become. This first year with her has been a roller coaster of emotions, a steep learning curve, consistently exhausting and filled with unimaginable love and joy all at once.
Yes, there are challenges – but there isn’t a single day that goes by that @paulkhoury and I don’t look at one another and say “HOW did we get so lucky?”
The new found respect I have for mothers knows no bounds. Im not sure how we get it all done- but unsurprisingly- we just do. No matter what – we show up everyday to nurture and guide the little ones that light up our world.
To all of the mama’s out there that show up day in and day out – take a moment to appreciate yourself today. You’re doing great. You’re a super human.

OK let’s talk about Hair Issues – a lot of people experience hair shedding and thinning but for some reason there is still this stigma surrounding it and people don’t feel comfortable talking about it. And if you know anything about me – you know I love to squash stuff people don’t want to talk about. – I’m partnering with @Nutrafol to Shed the Silence on female hair struggles.
