First impressions, this was so easy to listen to and I really enjoyed it! Narrated by Brianne herself, it was like her spilling her secrets to me over a coffee. It was so honest, funny and real.
Obviously this is a journey of addiction toward sobriety and Brianne describes her addiction as something similar to substance addiction. It is raw and real and if you have any concerns about TW I am more than happy to answer any questions!
But this book is so, so much more than an addiction story. It’s inspiring and uplifting, as she tells about her experiences with social media, appearance, self loathing, relationships and friendships. I definitely took away some tips and advice.
There is humour, wit and fun, and it takes talent to write such a transparent, yet unique and funny plot that keeps you hooked from the onset whilst talking about something that must be so difficult. I honestly enjoyed this book way more than I thought I would!! Thank you so much for sharing you story with me, Brianne.
