Here are a few snippets of my hotel workout using the @kirastokesfit app!! I always bring my Kira bands everywhere I go. But that’s all I had. No weights. Just my body and a water bottle – whatever works!
Here is my combo of short stacks I did from the app. Just pick a few to combine and you’ll eventually have combos you’ll love tailored just for you 🤗 – or, do the combos Kira has already put together if you don’t want to think about it.
• dynamic band activation/burnout (get the blood flowing – 5 min
• full body ladder – 4 min
• standing abs (use a water bottle for weight if you don’t have any) – 12 min
• Ab Blast 6 min.
• Band Bridge Burnout
