Elisa Strauss Instagram – Yesterday I spent the day @vassarcollege for my 25th Reunion!
I loved seeing so many friends and especially loved running into @kelly_mc_masters who I have followed for the last 2 decades.
First making her wedding cake, she wrote about me for @timeoutnewyork Weddings and then she wrote one of my favorite books, WELCOME TO SHIRLEY.
Now, she has a brand new book out, THE LEAVING SEASON which (talk about worlds colliding) my friend @zibbyowens has chosen as a summer pick!!!!! Woo hoo!!! I’ll be looking out for the podcast of Kelly and Zibby on @momsdonthavetimetoreadbooks and I’m looking forward to getting through my current book to start reading Kelly’s newest 📚
It was a joy watching my daughter enjoy a panel on “Is a multiracial democracy possible?” The only kid in the room (and taking notes!)
