Isha Talwar Instagram – I went searching for my Bijlee in temples,in deserts,in chai shops,in kachoris,in melas of Pushkar,in the people of Rajasthan !!!!! She was far away from a girl who grew up in Bombay city .. she dint know the language,the culture,the boundaries of the most beautiful suntanned women behind those colourful ghoongats!!!!

Bijlee danced the Kaalbeli with the local girls and met some leopards in the wild !!! She tasted the salt of sambhar .. felt the burning sand beneath those intricately carved anklet-laden feet !

At some point I knew I had found her and she would now guide me and continue to take me to places I’d probably never go otherwise .. and that is the play between a performer and a character much like the one we see of the sun flirting with the vast endless deserts !!! 🐪🌵🌞

Thankful to the entire crew of the show !!!!!

It is a crew that makes or breaks a performance and in this case i think we made it ! Big hug to all of you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
