Joey King Instagram – That is an official wrap on We Were the Lucky Ones. The way I see it, theres the me I was before this show, and there’s the me I am now. I owe this experience a great deal of gratitude for not only the friendships it gave me but what it really taught me about life and loss. Playing Halina was the honor of a lifetime. And working with these people was a once in a lifetime. Ya know when people say “those were the good old days”? Well, when making this show, we knew we were living the good old days in the moment. And I’m so grateful we didn’t let this time pass us by without acknowledging how truly special it was. I love you guys. Each of you.
