Kelly McCreary Instagram – Last week, I had the pleasure to experience a beautiful meditation on connection and loneliness, as a work of art. MONICA is a gorgeous film with an incandescent performance by my friend @tracelysette. In fact, every performance in this film stirred me in some way (Patricia Clarkson, brilliant as always). I love to be immersed in the inner lives of people whose stories I’ve not heard, and there are just nowhere near enough films that center the stories of trans folks.
