Nicole Gale Anderson Instagram – As much as we’ve enjoyed calling Humboldt home- the hubby, Simon, and I have decided to pack up once again and hit the road in our little vintage camper. We aim to explore the Pacific Northwest this spring/summer and learn more about animal husbandry, top bar beekeeping and flower farming along the way. Our first month in Oregon will be spent caring for these silly goats at @fragafarm- then we’re off to learn how to grow, dry and process herbs & flowers in Washington at @moonvalleyorganics! I’m grateful to have worked with such beautiful flowers and wonderful women at Ridgetop Gardens, to have begun my journey with herbalism at @dandelionherbalcenter and for the lovely friends we made in Humboldt.
