Im back home and back to my training, but I didn’t have much sleep over the last few days, so I had a very drab training session yesterday. Though @somyarout2806 was pushing me as usual, I wasn’t able to function at maximum capacity. But amidst everything- it’s important to just “show up”. Consistently is the key not thing that ensures progress. Each day is different and the body does respond with the right rest and recovery. There maybe times that I just need to take off, but at other times it’s important to be there and work - even if it is at half capacity. There’s a balance between knowing when to take off and when to push through on a day where you’re me maybe tired. Everyone needs to be able to find that balance.
