Serra Yılmaz Instagram – Harika bir 2 gün yaşadık, bir çok katılımcı konuyu keyifli fotoğraflar paylaşarak yazdı. Levon her şey cüretle başlar diyordu, bence her şey hayal kurmakla başlıyor sonra bu hayali gerçek kılmak için cürete tabii ki çok ihtiyaç var. Mehmet ve Cemre 1001 teşekkür cüretkar hayalperestler olduğunuz için ve bana uzun zamandır artık söz dağarcığımızda olmayan bir sözcüğü ve dolayısıyla bir kavramı hatırlatıp canlandırdığınız için: İMECE! Bol keyifli bir imece yaptık, birlikte üretmeyi, dayanışmayı tekrar hatırladık! Daha nicelerine diyorum. Tüm katılımcılara da bol teşekkür ve buse yolluyorum. Il primo giorno abbiamo cucinato tutti insieme: c’erano una quantità di giovani chef e anche giornalisti o persone come me che si intendono di cibo. Secondo giorno conferenza e a pranzo abbiamo mangiato tutte le specialità della regione che avevamo cucinato la vigilia. E stato favoloso ricordarci di produrre insieme per solidarietà. La solidarietà per il terremoto deve essere a lungo termine perché passato l’emozione immediata si dimentica tutto e non va bene, allora potete sempre donare tramite Turkey Mozaik Foundation @turkeymozaik
