Healing is a REAL thing for me.. I’m not on the phone talking about people, I’m actually praying for people and myself to do better, be better and react better. I don’t always do everything right, but that’s life.And being kind to myself is forgiving myself when I have setbacks. I speak peace over every situation that has caused Trauma and hurt. It is mental health awareness month and I have to be honest with you guys… I AM STRUGGLING!!! I have been triggered since December 2022.. and it seems like it’s been trigger after trigger. Thing after thing 🤦🏽♀️.. it seemed that One of the most happiest times in my life this year #sttamarsday has been overwhelming and overshadowed by triggering things that would make me go back to my old 1.0 low vibrational Tamar that I frankly CaN NOT STAND!! I am doing the work to get better and TRUST me I have been beating myself up from my horrible decisions from being triggered and tried so all y’all instagram therapists can save it… respectfully!! 🙏🏼😂✨This time next year I will not be here… and the years after that I’ll be better and better .. I want to encourage all of you who feel “STUCK” that you will not always feel this way and things will not always be the way that they are. You have to “FREE YOUR MIND AND THE REST WILL FOLLOW”!!! You are not alone. You are not the only one who is going through it. You do not have bad luck.. you will get through it!! #pivot .. God is bigger and he has installed all the things that You need inside of you to make yourself better!! WE GOT THIS!! Be kind to yourselves ❤️I love you
