But it really isn’t such a laughing matter, when you think of how our education system has failed some of our otherwise brightest University students for so many years. How to go global, how to stand alongside the top brains of the world, when the standards of our basic grammar are so low? And PLEASE don’t suggest that we should deliver official speeches at international forums and write official letters to world leaders in Bahasa. We know this is a problem, and Malaysia needs to catch up on SO many fronts – but our ability to communicate well in English should give us the upper hand over our other neighbouring countries. So please Ministry of Education – fix this NOW before it’s far too late. I’m so stressed now, I think I should sign up for that workshop 🤯 #AreYouHaveAStress #grammarnazi
