Tiffany Hines Instagram – Got my ass kicked today by the amazing @erindecoursey who incorporated the chair, TRX, and reformer to set my core on 🔥🔥🔥. She cued us to press into the straps to really fire up that core and it was intense! Can’t wait to do more TRX pilates so I can practice staying square and keeping the straps more stable and still! And the pikes at the end were the icing on the cake! Thanks for a great pilates class Erin! I’m spent! 😂😂
