It hasn’t always been easy to greet myself with the same love others saw in me. Writing that out and admitting it feels like I’m letting young Val down. But it was my process. My lessons. My journey into unconditional love. Just for me. From me.
But the most exciting thing has been falling in love with the process and over time realizing I had been there all along. Sometimes we need the shadows to remind us we have to lean in a little further to catch the light. And once that gets comfortable you realize, you didn’t need to catch anything. You ARE. ✨🙌🏽✨
