Words to find.
So many fears
To walk away from.
So many doubts
To leave behind.
But I got a
Heart like a stone.
When he gets to
Rolling down
I’m a miner
For the magic,
In the caverns
Of this town.

I’ll write for
Some of it.
The rest I’ll trace
In charcoal lines.
I’ll listen
To the birds
All that life
Raining down.
There’s no feeling
To match it.
My heart’s a breeze,
Upward Bound.
