Barack Obama Instagram – While I was in Athens, I spent some time with a remarkable group of leaders from the @GirlsOpportunityAlliance who shared more about their work to educate and empower girls in their communities. Thuba Sibanda, a leader from @PhysicallyActiveYouth in Namibia said something that stuck with me. She said: “When you hear of the mountain that someone else is climbing, you feel energized to climb your own mountain.” I’m inspired by the ways leaders like Thuba are creating a brighter future for girls—and ultimately, for all of us.
