Bren Foster Instagram – Luck???? I think for a fighter it’s more #opportunity meeting #preparation. We have @jimmy_kambanis and @jay.foster1 getting ready for their K1 kickboxing- (jimmy)and Muay Thai-(Jaylan)fights on the 23rd of June at the Liverpool Whitlam center. Time for these young men To put themselves to the test. They’ve turned up to every session, sometimes strong sometimes exhausted but they’ve showed up, had to deal with me as their trainer and had to put themselves through the work. At the end of the day it’s about the work and whether you are willing to do it. Their fights will be hard but the repetitive training, day after day has been harder.
