David Lynch Instagram – Memorial Day is a time to remember and honor the service men and women who lost their lives in service to our nation. And at the David Lynch Foundation, we’re focused on preventing any losses that come outside the line of duty.
Suicide is the second leading cause of death among veterans. Tragically, approximately 21 veterans take their lives each day, which, in turn, imposes horrific trauma onto the family and friends left behind. An estimated one million veterans suffer from PTS, straining the capacity of the VA support system.
This is where the David Lynch Foundation is helping. Our Veteran’s Lifeline program brings the evidence-based Transcendental Meditation technique to thousands of Veterans all over the country. And our groundbreaking, multi-hospital site research study comparing TM to traditional PTS treatments is underway across the US!
