I hope you will consider joining me for a good time. I am hosting a cooking class this upcoming January 19th.  
 
Tickets will be on sale all the way up to the event.  However, the entry-level ticket will include some Montana Mex seasonings that will contribute but are no essential to the recipe should you plan to cook along and this Monday is the cut off for those orders to ship in time.
 
We are going to be cooking using lesser cuts like eye of round and offaly delicious wobbly bits like heart and kidney. In my humble opinion one of the great joys of cooking is utilizing all the harvest in a never ending journey of exploration and culinary delight.
