Alison Haislip Instagram – This glorious woman is 99 and a half today! We’ve been celebrating my beautiful grandma all weekend because when she turns 100 in 6 months, most people are too busy celebrating some other baby born in some manger that day.* Don’t worry…we’ll still be celebrating her then too. Thanks for being such a stellar part of my life, MomMom. Pictures are from a Cape May vacation (age 4), my First Communion (age 8?), and her holding me and my cousin (age a few months? We’re only 6 weeks apart…I’m the one in the rad overalls.) When asked about the secret to “making it past 99”, she responded “good wine!” Truly, I got all my good parts from her. And as my dad said during his toast at her party, “Here’s to 99 and a half more!” *yup…my grandma was born on Christmas Day
