Alysia Reiner Instagram – 10 years ago today, this 🦄 @ijnej , brought a whole lot of magical humans together to create something life-changing for me and countless others. I miss playing with them every day – both on screen and off. I made forever friends. Jenji taught me that you can make art that entertains, makes people laugh and cry and feel and scream at the television, and also changes the world. The way the we see our incarcerated population, trans folks & our LGBTQ+ community EVOLVED & I will forever be grateful to have been part of that story telling that created more love, compassion & acceptance. And yes we are still fighting for the equality & change 1000 other ways. It’s what I want to do for the rest of my life – tell stories that entertain & also grow us all.
