Amrutha Srinivasan Instagram – I used to be a regular user of the MRTS train to go from Mandaiveli to Light House / Chennai Beach / Chepauk. I had missed the feeling of travelling in the day train – not really worried so much about my hair getting messed up or getting dust on my face. I was in school- college then. It’s been about eleven-twelve years since then. I miss it – both how easy it is on the pocket and the fact that you have to anyway get down at the nearest station and walk to the destination. Here is one more incoherent thought – when I accumulate memories, if I’m not consciously aware of my perceptions of them, they could become baggage to carry forward and not growth to look back at. This was a new memory.
