Christie Whelan Browne Instagram – Not a day goes by that I don’t feel grateful to science/miracles for bringing Duke into the world and making me a Mum. I have learned so much from him. And I am in constant awe of the person he is. He takes life by the horns every single day and just will.not.stop (unless someone puts that hideous show CocoMelon on and then he is transfixed). But I know that Duke had to fight to get to this life, so I wont begrudge his fighting spirit now. One of the highlights of motherhood for me is at bedtime, when he asks me to sing Baby Mine. And I know that the song, in my arms, brings him comfort and he feels safe and I cannot articulate what that means to me. Mama is always here forever more.
