Heather Rae El Moussa Instagram – Our big man had real food today!!! Seriously cherishing these memories & moments forever 🥹 it was so cute seeing T eat food. After reading up on it we decided to lead with something less sweet first since babies tend to like sweets (obviously lol) so he tried organic mashed avocado first and he absolutely LOVED it. He kept grabbing the spoon and wanting more. After that we tried organic puréed butternut squash with veryy small amount of cinnamon, and he also loved it and kept wanting more. Big day for Tristan Jay 🥰 & if you’re a parent we’d love to hear how you started incorporating food in since we’ll slowly be adding more and more in ❤️
