I’ve been doubting myself and my abilities just as Kiera but I’m always reminded by my girlfriend, my friends and my family, that I’m the hottest bitch periodt If you know me personally, you know I’m not a gym rat but I’ve always been an athlete. I have to remember my roots and where I came from and let that be my motivation to be the best version of me. Just remember, you have to start somewhere and it takes 21 days to create a habit. I want to be better and I want to be the best version of myself because that’s what I deserve and that’s on periodt (PS I’ve never squatted in my life and I pushed 135lbs.
