Leigh Holland-Keen Instagram – First time getting covid and it wrecked me. Extreme fatigue and some major brain fog along with all the other fun symptoms. 3 weeks off rehab and it made me feel like dirt. I’ve been doing bits and pieces at home and working on stretching out my scar tissue (not a pleasant experience) but I’m now at the stage where I can get into a “cobra” pose .
