Lilly Singh Instagram – Got a full Ayurvedic profile done and was SHOOK by how accurate it was. Like genuinely, I’ve never had a more accurate breakdown of my strengths, weaknesses, tendencies and ailments. That’s saying a lot because I’m a pretty sceptical person!

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of medicine that is focused on our holistic health – mind, body, and spirit.
And this angel of a human @rooshyroy has been teaching me all about it. According to the time and place I was born, I am a Vata Dosha. What does that mean? Great question because I had no clue.

There are 3 Doshas, each representing 5 elements around us. Vata dosha is air and ether. Which explains why cute people see right through me… Jk, it means a bunch of stuff that I’m learning about. Literally, Rooshy gave me a 5 page document with research and guidance from experts 😍

I’m extremely dedicated to becoming the best version of myself. And when it comes to wellness and optimization, I believe there’s power in science but also great power in ancient wisdom. My goal is to use a combination of both.

Why? I think the most compassionate thing we can do for ourselves AND for others, is to become the greatest version of ourself. So we can fully love, serve, connect, grow, contribute and live with purpose. And… be cute and sexy 💅🏽

Learning about this has been truly fascinating. Have questions? Comment below and maybe I can harass Rooshy to respond to you 😂

Also I cut out the part where she said I’m prone to crooked teeth because that one cut too deep and is too true k bye
Lilly Singh Instagram – Shot on an iPhone. Hashtag not an ad! I just love snorkelling more than I love my phone working 😂 it lasted multiple dives and stopping working towards the end of my trip. Got home and tossed that sucker in some rice and it’s good as new 💅🏽

I recently got into snorkelling and I love it! It’s calming and yet exciting, meditative and yet thrilling and it’s just so lovely to be with nature. Have you ever tried? Where are your favourite spots in the world? I started in Bora Bora and now I’m spoiled haha.

Sardinia, Italy was amazing! The beaches, the water, the food and the vibes were 10/10.
