Michelle Stafford Instagram – It’s been about 6 weeks!! I couldn’t even really do squats (as you can see here) Boxing is damn hard. I don’t even think I have it yet. Tryin to be STRONG… not skinny. My body fat has gone down and muscle mass up. I don’t pay attention to my weight because that really doesn’t matter. I’m coming along… I had kinda let it all go…. I’ve relied on my natural ability to stay fit. But you know, as we get older… it gets harder. There are no excuses. We just have to do it… and work harder. I plan to be here for a while you know, I got to stay correct. Take care of my health. Take care of my body. I’m going through all this, so I can bring a really great plan to you all…❤️ not gonna lie, it’s not really a walk in the park. It’s kinda hard. I usually don’t want to go.
