Home Actress Parisa Fitz-Henley HD Photos and Wallpapers July 2023 Parisa Fitz-Henley Instagram - BIG THANK YOU for all your generous support for #Move4Mona! Your good wishes, love and financial contributions were and are felt and so appreciated by me and @themonafoundation!! Education has shaped my life enormously — to know that together we are helping provide and/or enhance education for so many people means soooooo soooo much to me. If you’re hearing about Mona for the first time today or are still interested in making a financial contribution, the campaign is open for about another week. Use the link in my bio to contribute w/your name or anonymously. I mean it when I say even a dollar makes a difference. If you’d like to give to Mona’s worldwide projects (rather than through my page which will go to @parentuniversitysav through Mona) go to MonaFoundation.org and click Donate Now to give in any amount. Even $7 can send a girl to school for a month via some of Mona’s partners. Whatever you can give or do — THANK YOU!! 📚 💫 Video description: Me, looking into camera. I have brown skin and curly brown hair. I’m wearing a yellow dress with pink, white and blue trim.

Parisa Fitz-Henley Instagram – Alright folks! How are we working with money these days?? I just got inspired by @maggieq posting from her garden and thought ‘that’s a money saver!’

Especially those of us impacted by the current #WGA strike and possible #SAGAFTRA and #DGA strikes — we might need to make our money stretch further than many of us already have. Let’s share some ways we’re saving/making money and supporting our well-being during this time.

I’ll start!

1. I’m looking to and asking others for their ideas and examples.
2. I’m thinking more about what I really need.
3. I’m cooking ahead more for myself and my parents (I’m very fortunate to live near them 🙏♥️)
4. I’m making backup plans and exploring my lesser-used but dying to get out there abilities.
5. I’m reminding myself that my worth is not dictated by an outdated economic system or ideology but rather by eternal principles. “Dost thou reckon thyself only a puny form/When within thee the universe is folded?” — Baha’u’llah
6. I’m remembering how little I’ve gotten by on at various times in my life — and that in many of those periods I’ve collected some of my favorite memories.
7. I’m remembering the pricelessness of humility.
8. I’m remembering my impressive (if I do say so myself 😎) toilet paper rationing abilities. Thank you Auntie ‘Rona! 😅
9. I’m thinking of the incalculable benefits of friendship and the sometimes shocking sweetness of brief interactions with strangers.
10. I’m remembering that I’m not and have never been alone. I’m accompanied by friends, family (biological and chosen), our ancestors (pretty sure they don’t just stick to supporting family of origin), and Spirit.
11. I’m grateful for the power of gratitude to change a slog into a quest and a struggle into an adventure.
12. I’m remembering that it’s not our paychecks that make us artists/teachers/healers etc. It’s our souls. But being paid fairly is important too. ☺️

In essence I’m looking at material, emotional, mental and spiritual interventions to reframe my perception of life on a daily basis. And I would love to hear your thoughts — from regrowing scallions to healing generational trauma about money.

Now you, please! 🤩🙏
Parisa Fitz-Henley Instagram – Writers/Producers/Directors/Actors/Execs — GREAT info on what our industry is like for disabled writers and some ways to make things better (Spoiler Alert: It’s bad!). The stats on representation for disabled creatives are in the basement. As we aim to build a more just industry, few things could improve it more than making sure everyone gets a fair shot and no one is missing. This short video makes great points and shares info we should be discussing. #UnionStrong

REPOST from @emmalayden 👇👇👇

Happy Friday! On today’s brand new #DisabilityDiaries, I’m discussing the WGA strike, and how Hollywood is failing disabled writers. Tune in! #WGAStrong

(Also, the incredible org I mention is @inevitablefoundation! Follow them!)

VIDEO DESCRIPTION: I’m standing in front of a white wall in a gray turtleneck and brown polka dot button up. I have green glittery eyeliner and pearl necklaces on.
