The pen drive that was given to me by the Court I didnโt replay it in the Court when given to me as they didnโt let me do that. I just believed them when they said they transferred the data in my pen-drive. I signed the affidavit that I received the data on pen-drive. Hope the pen-drive given to me is not empty and an edited pen-drive is not given to me as the evidence when opened in the Court had THIS video which is still available on my YouTube channel till now.
But because the honourable Judge could hear such IMAGINARY things while framing charges so now I am very skeptical about lot of things. But as a respect the CHAIR of the Judge I will let the law take its own course. You may all hear the video on my YouTube and tell me how these charges are applicable on me ๐
The Legal Aid from Jaipur didnโt get me a Stay on my Trial Court proceedings and even didnโt let me withdraw my Quashing Petition as only then I could have filed my Discharge application in BUNDI Trial Court. But she WASTED my time and MISLED me in this case. She never made any efforts to get me an hearing on the case. It seems everyone wants just publicity at my expense when they come on board this case. Local politicians from a political party were successful in using local police to get me arrested in 2019z
Now I have requested my appointed private lawyer in BUNDI to file for the CHARGE revision application in District Magistrate Court. The BUNDI legal aid was just an option that I wanted to explore last time in April but their work ethics didnโt match my work ethics. I donโt want legal aid because itโs FREE but I wanted efficient legal assistance so I was exploring them. But they are not up to the mark. God help those who have no choice apart from getting HELP from legal aid in Bundi and Jaipur.
