Prachi Tehlan Instagram – 🌿 My recent Journey experience 🌿 21 days of detox journey isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. Away from our everyday distractions one really needs to spend time with one self. What’s the true meaning of life? We wonder very often.. well it’s nothing more nothing less than ‘being PRESENT’ where you are and what you are doing and who is around you. It took me a great amount of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, discomfort which I had to go through to understand and realise my worth and to start my journey of being at peace and being happy. Being able to put a full stop ✋. Being able to walk away when there is disturbance around you. Being able to gather courage to rise from the filth looking at the bigger and brighter side of life. Only winners can do that! I feel sorry and sad for people trapped in the web of expectations and being burdened now and then with pressures all around not being able to live life to the fullest. More strength to everyone reading this post. Want to start a journey of peace. Just start with planting a tree. It’s like starting a new journey in life with positive mindset and rooted attitude.
